These terms govern your use of the Locaided website at locaided.com and its subdomains operated by Secure Standards GmbH, Am Dornbusch 61, 63225 Langen (Hessen), Germany ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
The Locaided mobile application is not yet available. When it launches, separate terms of service and an end-user licence agreement will apply, presented to you in-app before you create an account.
2. What this website does
This website is informational. It describes the upcoming Locaided product, lets you contact us, and shows our legal information. It does not currently allow you to create an account, store personal content, or transact.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its security or availability;
- use automated tools to scrape or harvest data beyond what robots.txt permits;
- upload or transmit any content through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or the systems on which it runs.
4. Intellectual property
The "Locaided" name, the wordmark, the logo, and the design system shown on this website are owned by Secure Standards GmbH. All rights reserved. The brand font Britti Sans is licensed from its rights holder; please do not redistribute.
Open-source assets we use (Inter, Work Sans) remain the property of their authors and are used under their respective licences.
5. No warranty
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this website is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). We do not exclude or limit liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or where exclusion is not permitted by mandatory law (including the German Product Liability Act).

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of such sites. Following such links is at your own risk.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated effective date.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
Place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law is the registered seat of Secure Standards GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.
