Locaided is an app by Secure Standards GmbH. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open the Profile tab, tap Delete your account, then confirm with Delete account. Deletion happens straight away. You don't need a password.
Without the app
Email hello@locaided.com from the email address you use for Locaided, or tell us your username, and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Right away: your profile, your contacts (you are removed from your contacts' lists as well) and your remaining areas.
- Within 24 hours: your posts, stories and comments disappear.
- Direct messages: messages you sent are not deleted right away. The person you wrote to can still see them until they are deleted automatically, 90 days after they were sent.
What we keep
- Records of in app purchases are kept without your user ID for up to 10 years, as German tax and commercial law requires.
